- Privacy & Convenience: Featuring two (2) private ensuite bathrooms, allowing the attic to function as a fully independent living space from the ground floor.
- The View: A corridor leads to a small, private balcony overlooking the lush nature and city lights, with the horizon stretching all the way to Evia island.
Outdoor Living: The Century-Old Pine
- A Living Legacy: Step outside to a large yard where a majestic pine tree has stood patiently for over a hundred years.
- The Gathering Spot: A protected outdoor area featuring a traditional grill and oven, paired with monastic tables. This is the ultimate spot for “gathering together,” enjoying the coolness and shade of the pine while sharing stories and local flavours.
